Where cxurl identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be immediately closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings contained in those accounts will be forfeited. The primary account may also be reviewed and suspended.

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. cxurl reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate information is found.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using cxurl is lawful in your jurisdiction. cxurl makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. If you access cxurl from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino games are prohibited, you do so at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.
Account Rules and Security
Your responsibilities as a cxurl account holder and how we protect your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your cxurl account, including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all use of bonuses or promotional credits. You must keep your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. cxurl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
cxurl employs automated and manual systems to monitor accounts for suspicious activity, including but not limited to: unauthorised access attempts, unusual betting patterns, use of automated betting software, and any activity that may indicate collusion, match-fixing, or bonus abuse. Where suspicious activity is detected, cxurl reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation, withhold withdrawals, and permanently close the account with forfeiture of balances if fraud is confirmed.
You may request closure of your cxurl account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is complete.
cxurl reserves the right to close or permanently suspend any account for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud, collusion, or match-fixing; abuse of bonuses or promotions; any conduct that cxurl reasonably determines to be harmful to other players, to the platform, or to the integrity of any bet or game. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited.
Deposits and Withdrawals

cxurl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through supported payment methods, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All funds deposited into a cxurl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you must not use funds from any source that is connected to illegal activity. cxurl is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence requirements. Any deposit identified as potentially linked to money laundering or other illegal financial activity will be returned and the account closed.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your cxurl wallet in real time following confirmation of the mobile banking transaction. Where a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact cxurl support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. cxurl is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile banking provider or by factors outside cxurl's reasonable control.
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) banking hours. cxurl does not charge withdrawal fees — the amount you request is the amount delivered to your payment method. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where your withdrawal is subject to pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.
cxurl may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This verification process (KYC) may include submission of a national ID card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified may be subject to a hold pending satisfactory resolution.
Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, and other promotional offers provided by cxurl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read and accept the specific terms applicable to that offer. In the event of a conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms will apply.
Bonuses issued by cxurl are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Unless otherwise specified, each promotional offer on cxurl is available to each eligible player only once. Attempting to claim a bonus or promotion multiple times, whether through the same account or through multiple accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation. cxurl is not responsible for notifying you individually when a bonus is about to expire — it is your responsibility to track the validity period of any bonus credited to your account.
cxurl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, bonus offer, or promotional programme at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to player accounts, except where cxurl determines that the bonus was claimed in error, claimed in breach of these Terms, or claimed as a result of a technical error or erroneous odds.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions and behaviours that are strictly forbidden on the cxurl platform.

- Using automated software, bots, AI tools, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or incorrectly published odds to gain an unfair advantage
- Abusing bonuses or promotions by circumventing the intended terms through coordinated play, stake manipulation, or other means
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name or depositing funds obtained through illegal means
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses cxurl staff, other players, or any third party connected to the platform
cxurl's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may contact [email protected] to request a review. However, cxurl's decision following any review remains final and binding.

Nothing in these Terms limits cxurl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cxurl does not waive any right or remedy available to it under applicable law by failing to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cxurl with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
